The Halfway Point
We are halfway through the Knitting Olympics. I've made it through four out of five pattern repeats on Shedir.
Dave built a fire earlier tonight. He and Evelyn 'played' chess and checkers, then checkerchess. No Evelyn can not actually play chess just yet, but she is learning the names of the different pieces. She can play Old Maid and Candyland.
Anyway. Here I am in one of my favorite knitting spots, on the couch in the family room watching the Olympics and knitting.
I'm done knitting for the evening. Dave and I are going to watch Bulletproof Monk. We love Chow Yun-Fat.
