Blocking the Strom Blanket

I'm blocking Henry's Storm Blanket, finished knitting it last night while enjoying the first episode of the 2nd season of Dr Who with Coleen. I'll consider this one finished once it is dry and unpinned.

Pinwheels work out so much better in wool. Got to try out several Knit Picks yarns I'd not knitted with before. Did not care for Twirl. Admittedly it softened up a once I wet the blanket for blocking. Loved Panache, it's so soft.

I'm still working on Henry the Bear. He needs a face and some stuffing, and the rest of his head, and ears and limbs. I have a feeling Henry the Bear may be a bit on the fluffy side like Steve the Cat.

I want to cast on something new. Still debating what to do with Sir Gawain. Feather and Fan and Traveling Vines are both looking good.

It's beautiful! Did you add a few rows of garter or something on the edges to stop it from curling?

I love the choice of colors. Very elegant.

Thanks a bunch! I did a seed stitch, or a moss stitch as I learned it way back. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
