In an effort to get back in the swing of things around here I joined The Amazing Lace KAL. I'll be knitting Reid from the current issue of Knitty for E.
Blocking Kiri has me all excited about lace knitting. Then I found The Amazing Lace KAL over at Affiknitty. I've been a bit up in the air about a summer project. The KAL and Reid just seem to fit the bill.
In current Knitting News Kiri is almost ready to come off the blocking foam. I felted the nantasket and coaster. They are almost dry and ready to photograph.
I'm planning a celebratory, pre Mother's Day yarn buying outing tonight to check out Patton's Grace for Reid.

Reid is so cute… what a fun project for E.
Thanks so much for the tips on blocking lace. I think I’m going to make a trip out to JoAnne’s and buy some of those blocks.
