R2-KT

Have you heard the tale of R2-KT? (scroll down a bit and click on the sound icon in the slide show to turn off the music if it's not your cup of tea.)

I'd heard of R2-KT and brave Katie Johnson's story but did not know that R2-KT was going to be an actual Action Figure. Greg over at Daddy Types clued me in today about the R2-KT excitement. I'm not really into action figures but I think the R2-KT figures are pretty cool.

So cool that when I ordered yarn for Dave's R2-D2 Halloween hat today I bought some pink and extra gray for a R2-KT inspired hat. I also ordered yarn for the Princess Leia Wig and the pattern itself.

Oh it's fun to enhance the stash.
