My first knitted toy of 2010. A Pasha the Penguin from Knitty, Winter 2040. He's a stashbuster. I love having random yarn to toss to knit little toys. The knitting was fast. The seaming was not fun.
Mister Stubbs is all stash acrylic. He turned out super cute.
The kids love Mister Stubbs. This is one of the main reasons I enjoy knitting toys. The kids love them, my Dad (a big kid) loves them. I love them. There is something so happy about a random knitted toy. You can stashbust, or coldsheep, not use that much yarn and create something small, and fun with it's own personality.
Yes I love the knitted toys.
